Keynote and Panel with Lunch

An experiential business panel focused on how to include diversity in the workplace. Five Black women professionals will share their lived experience, contributions to their respective fields and ideas to attract diverse talent to Simcoe County.

Claudine Cousins, a champion for the Sandbox’s HR peer group; HR CNNX, is an up and coming business leader who heads up Empower Simcoe.  With employees totaling approximately 600 throughout Simcoe County, Claudine’s leadership in empowering people to lead a meaningful and inclusive life depends on having available and competent talent.  As a part-time instructor for Georgian College’s School of Business, and her past career in the government and financial services sectors, Claudine brings an eclectic background to the table.
